Inspiration for this creation:

I once spent a afternoon and evening at a local Standardbred racing track - taking photos for reference on a harness racing drawing. I was fascinated at the speed with which these horses moved - they weren’t even galloping! Those pictures ultimately led to the layered drawing you see here.
